We are seeking a skilled Autobody / Industrial Finish Technician , responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing aircraft components to ensure they meet the highest quality, durability, and safety standards.

What you will be doing…
- Prepare aircraft components by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces. This includes removing any contaminants, old coatings, and ensuring the surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application.
- Apply specialized aviation coatings, primers, and topcoats to various aircraft parts, including metallic and composite materials.
- Match colors accurately to the aircraft's specifications and paint schemes. Apply detailing and finishing touches, ensuring a smooth, flawless surface with no visible imperfections.
- Inspect surfaces before and after the application of coatings to ensure there are no defects, runs, or inconsistencies. Conduct touch-ups and corrections as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including paint and material used, and completion times.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
