PRODUCT MANAGER

We’re seeking a Product Manager who’s equal parts strategist, builder, and team enabler. This person will own key product initiatives that drive innovation in our lending systems, customer experience, and back-end operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact tools, processes, and features that make InnoFi faster, smarter, and more humane.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and market research through launch and iteration.
• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company OKRs and long-term strategy.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: balance speed, compliance, risk, and impact.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable and secure products that handle complex auto lending workflows.
• Gather customer insights (internal and external) to continuously improve our platform.
• Measure and report on product KPIs; use data to inform all decisions.
• Communicate clearly and frequently across departments and with leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, lending, or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in building and shipping B2B or operational products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, and roadmapping.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and data teams.
• Analytical skills—comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and user analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in writing and presenting complex ideas simply.
• Grit, resilience, and an obsession with solving meaningful problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in auto lending, sub-prime lending, or other regulated financial products.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), decision engines, or underwriting tools.
• Knowledge of compliance considerations in lending and financial tech products.
• Prior work in a startup or fast-scaling company environment.
• Technical fluency or background in engineering/CS.
