Job Summary:
The SAP Inventory Analyst is responsible for performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project, including all project activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities related to material movement and administration of the SAP environments.
- Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary.
- Execute all projects when requested.
- Serve as the individual providing expertise in a specific area and troubleshooting and issue resolution for moderately complex environments.
- Provides support and daily management of the SAP system.
- Monitor the system daily and resolve any issues that arise
- Systematically receive products into and transfer through SAP system
- Enter and retrieve data from computer systems including but not limited to SAP.
- Prepare shipment to customers in SAP system including traceability requirements in SAP system
- Receive indirect and direct material.
- Willing to assist with the Package, Stack, load and unload a wide variety of products and materials.
- Identify damaged and non-conforming shipments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- The ability to understand and be able to train others how to use SAP systems and technical tools used in the job and how to execute work process and document standard of operations.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office System required
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/ GED required, Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment preferred.
- Minimum 1 year warehouse picking/packing experience
- Knowledge of inventory control methods, planning, and technologies a plus.
