Job Title: Full Stack Architect

Job Summary: seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect to lead the design and implementation of critical web applications and integration solutions that support our evolving energy infrastructure and customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with specific expertise in Python, JavaScript frameworks, AWS Lambda, EC2, PostgreSQL, and Boomi. You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, driving technical decisions, and mentoring development teams in the context of the energy sector, leveraging these key technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and resilient full-stack architectures, utilizing Python for back-end services, JavaScript frameworks for front-end development, and AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2) for deployment.
• Develop and maintain robust data integration solutions using Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow between various systems.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
• Define and enforce coding standards, security best practices, and architectural patterns, with specific consideration for critical infrastructure and cloud-native development.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks for development projects, balancing innovation with operational stability, with a focus on AWS services.
• Lead the development of technical roadmaps and architectural documentation, ensuring alignment with Client's long-term strategic goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, particularly in the context of Python, JavaScript, and AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, with an emphasis on data integrity, security, and integration capabilities.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, particularly for Python and JavaScript code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS services, database performance, and Boomi integrations.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring reliability and security within the context of energy sector regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly those relevant to energy management, digital solutions, and cloud-native development.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python for back-end development.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Cloud Computing: Extensive experience with AWS Lambda and EC2.
• Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design and management.
• Integration: Deep understanding and practical experience with Boomi integration platform.

Architectural Skills:

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
• Experience designing and implementing secure and scalable systems for critical infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on complex enterprise applications.
• 5 years of experience in software architecture, preferably in critical infrastructure industries.
