Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource for the Maintenance Department, providing support and expertise
- Collaborate with team members to conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns
- Play a key role in the implementation of an updated preventive maintenance program across the facility
- Contribute to mechanical and facilities maintenance projects
- Assist with small capital improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering program
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for pursuing a career in manufacturing and industrial environments
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with colleagues across departments
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Internship: 8-12 weeks
