Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment under the mentorship of the Maintenance Department. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills, contribute to real-world projects, and support the continuous improvement of our operations.
\n- Serve as a technical resource for the Maintenance Department, providing support and expertise.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Play a key role in the implementation of an updated preventive maintenance program across the facility.
- Contribute to mechanical and facilities maintenance projects.
- Assist with small capital improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering program.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for pursuing a career in manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Internship: 8-12 weeks.
