Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Cranbury, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing US and Canadian payrolls on a biweekly/monthly basis, including auditing, reconciling, and submitting payments to third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state US payrolls and Canadian payrolls on a biweekly/monthly basis
- Audit payroll files and reports for accuracy
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting as required
- Perform regular payroll and tax reconciliation with each payroll processing
- Respond to inquiries regarding employment verification
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in payroll
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) a plus
- Working knowledge of UKG Pro Pay, UKG Ready, or similar HRIS/Payroll solution
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems
