Position is ONSITE at the location listed above (NO REMOTE WORK). Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.
Skills:
8 Required Experience in ArcGIS Administration or development. Experience in both is preferred.
5 Preferred Expertise in data management and database concepts
5 Preferred Experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques
5 Preferred Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ArcGIS Online or On-premise
4 Preferred Proficiency in user administration and permissions management.
3 Preferred Hands on as an ArcGIS Online or On-premise administrator.
2 Preferred Developing GIS visualizations and analytics.
1 Preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users
Description:
Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within the existing system.
This role will be the administrator of a ArcGIS SaaS instance, supporting a diverse set of users. Skill Set required includes Tableau administration and development. Setting up and maintaining user permissions to ensure data security both externally and between user groups is essential.
