Skills:
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly. Required
Large scale deployments of 500 machines preferred. Required 2 Years
Must be able to stand and move around in a classroom style setting daily. Required
Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10 Required 2 Years
Job Description:
Deployment and Desktop Support contractor required for Mecklenburg County.
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies. Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.
