We are hiring for all shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative - Alabama
Your responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect a customer with immediate support.
Required Skills and Knowledge- Customer Service Representative - Alabama
You must have the equipment listed below
- A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer. No Mac or Chromebooks.
- Must have at least 12GB of RAM storage
- A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor)
- An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop
- A Webcam
- A Headset with a Microphone
- A Computer Mouse
Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative - Alabama
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
