InnoSource is hiring a Training Consultant who can evaluate client training needs, build effective training plans and materials, and deliver hands-on training that makes an impact. This is a consultant role, perfect for someone who is flexible, independent, and thrives on making training better, smarter, and more engaging.
You’ll be involved in everything—from analyzing what exists to creating what’s needed and delivering it to trainers or end users. Whether you’re leading a Train-the-Trainer session or building brand-new content, you’ll be the key to our client’s training success.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client training materials and delivery methods for effectiveness and alignment
- Design and develop custom training content, manuals, and learning plans
- Facilitate engaging Train-the-Trainer and end-user training sessions
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program rollout
- Provide onsite and virtual training delivery across various industries
- Gather feedback, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve content
- Work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with client objectives
What you bring:
- 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or adult education
- Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to lead in-person and virtual sessions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting to changing client needs
- Proficient with learning technologies and tools (LMS, PowerPoint, e-learning platforms, etc.)
