- Strong time management, skill development, and drive

- Capacity to run production and troubleshoot machines
Candidates must also meet the following qualifications:
- Maintain an overall college GPA of 3.0 or higher while enrolled in a mechanical engineering degree-seeking program at least half-time during regular semesters
- Be available for at least 15 hours during academic semesters (fall, winter, or spring) and 40 hours if applying for summer
- Be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
