InnoTECH Staffing is looking to hire a fulltime / permanent Manufacturing Engineer for a client in Manchester, NH.
This is onsite and there is no sponsorship at this time.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for process development, build development and transition to manufacturing of complex mechanical assemblies. This key role requires cross functional effectiveness both internally and externally with the project team, customers, suppliers and partners.
How you will make an impact as a Manufacturing Engineer :
- Develop and maintain bill of materials, line layout, production control methods, clear assembly instructions, fixtures, and pFMEA’s
- Plan, conduct and execute pre-production builds, with a vision for volume production
- Work collaboratively with engineering team to develop robust, production-ready designs
- Consult with suppliers to determine product specifications, working with supply chain team to purchase equipment, materials, and parts
- Interface with manufacturing partners for all stages of design transfer to ensure products meet performance criteria, delivering a quality product on-time
