InnoTECH Staffing is looking to hire a fulltime / permanent Senior R&D Electrical Engineer for a product development company in Southern, New Hampshire.

What You ll Do
- As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you ll play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare through innovative product design. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing analog and digital circuit boards, including schematics, PCB layout management, and design-for-manufacturing (DFx) activities.
- Performing testing, debugging, and failure analysis for electrical circuits while creating test fixtures to support development and production.
- Generating clear and precise documentation: block diagrams, electrical requirements, design descriptions, test plans, and failure analysis reports.
- Inventing and building new prototypes with ingenuity and a hands-on approach.
- Translating system-level requirements into detailed electrical specifications and architectures.
- Leveraging expertise in signal integrity, ESD/EMC compliance, and power consumption to deliver robust solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams (mechanical, software, systems, controls, and test engineers) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Managing external design partners and suppliers to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Balancing multiple project priorities with effective time management and organization.
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you ll need the following:
- BS in Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience designing complex electro-mechanical devices.
- Proven expertise in schematic design and PCB layout (Altium experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to take designs from concept to production, solving challenges along the way.
- Proficiency in hands-on debugging with tools like oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and waveform generators.
- Knowledge of signal processing, sensor development, and electrical safety standards (IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485).
- Strong problem-solving skills for multidisciplinary system integration.
- Familiarity with embedded software development in C/C (preferred) and automation tools (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW).
- Experience with RF design and test practices is a bonus.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
