The Company:
Innotex Packaging Solutions Platform is a high growth flexible packaging platform formed in 2020 by LongueVue Capital Partners, a leading Private Equity sponsor based in New Orleans. The company consists of three independent acquisitions, Summit Films (Summit MS), Clearview Packaging (Albany NY & Milwaukee WI). The acquisitions are presently being integrated to form a single platform with expected growth both organically and through further acquisitions. The company operates three manufacturing facilities and employs over 250 people. The company produces industrial and converter grade films that are then printed and converted into bags for multiple industrial, consumers goods, food and medical applications.
Position Summary and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing a company's overall human resource strategy, overseeing all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and aligning HR practices with the company's strategic goals.
Specific responsibilities of the role include:
· Working with the senior leadership team to assure company objectives are properly resourced and accounted for at all levels of the business.
· Drive a uniform approach and practices to HR across the business.
· Assure all locations are compliant with local and federal labor laws.
· Manage recruitment, onboarding and retention for all key positions.
· Work with managers in the business to ensure proper training is in place and is being conducted.
· Handle employee relations and conflict resolutions.
· Oversee payroll, benefits (including design and renewals) , 401K and all other compensation elements of the business.
· Manage companywide objectives, appraisals and bonus programs and processes.
· Conduct routine wage surveys in the workplaces where the company is present.
· Maintain key HR KPI metrics (e.g., absenteeism, headcount, OT, OSHA recordables).
· Oversee all company Health & Wellness, safety and enrichment programs.
Ideal Candidate:
· Ten years plus of HR experience with at least three years in a management role.
· Experience at an equivalent size, or larger, manufacturing company.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant discipline.
· Experienced in multi-site businesses.
· Versed in major areas of employment law (Title 7, hiring practices, FMLA, workers comp).
· Ability to travel as needed up to 30%
· Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
· Has the ability to develop HR into a strategic function of the organization.
Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
