We need a Skilled Nursing PT for a 13-Week assignment in IA ASAP. 40 hours per week guaranteed. Full benefits available day 1 on assignment. Travel reimbursement up to $500 for getting to assignment.
Gross weekly pay: $2800
Weekly tax-free stipend: $1200
OT/Holliday rate: $80 per hr
Ottumwa Skilled, LTC, and Outpatient
4 PTAs to supervise in IA
New Grads Welcomed - Support from Area Manager and Clinical Specialist
Software - Net Health for the SNF
Start Date: ASAP Offering at least 13 weeks and option for longer term - 1 year
Flexibility in schedule for time off requested or to shift worked days: Normal is M-F could do Su-Th to have F off or 4 10s M-Th for F off etc
Productivity expectations 80-85% (includes evaluations and group/concurrent time in full) for the SNF
Therapy Supervisor on-site
