This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging advanced tools like Adobe Experience Manager, and ensuring seamless system integrations to support marketing strategies and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the marketing portal.
- Design and implement system architectures that align with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL code to support database management and data integration for marketing incentives.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage and optimize digital content and incentives, ensuring a consistent user experience.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights for marketing campaigns and incentive programs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for the effective operation of the marketing portal.
