About the Role :
As a Scrum Master you will be a servant leader for one or more agile development teams guiding them in their journey to become highperforming and selforganizing. You will champion the Agile principles and practices fostering a collaborative and transparent environment. You will be responsible for removing impediments facilitating communication and coaching the team to continuously improve their processes. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective).
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles practices and values.
- Remove impediments that block the teams progress.
- Foster a collaborative and selforganizing team environment.
- Help the team to define and achieve their sprint goals.
- Track and report on team progress and metrics.
- Work with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure that the team adheres to the agreedupon Definition of Done.
- Continuously improve the teams processes and practices.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve the overall Agile maturity of the organization.
- Champion the Agile mindset and culture within the organization.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the team and stakeholders.
