Application Support Professional

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an App Support Specialist.

We are looking for an App Support Specialist in Columbus, OH.
Able to follow a technical runbook to:
- Login to jump box, rlogin to host, execute scripts/jobs, assess output and next steps.
- Use admin counsels to bounce platform components without negatively impacting other platform components.
- Use admin counsels to divert traffic during application deployments.
Navigate legacy and cloud platforms in support of application deployments, validations, and rollback activities.
- Make decisions in support of technical operations environments.
Assess and act on system alerts that require technical intervention and escalation as needed.
- Demonstrate technical aptitude and maturity when things don t go as planned in an operational environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $50- $55
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
