A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembler. Position Type : Full time Contract.
Duration : 06-12 Months
Location : Tempe, AZ (Onsite) Schedule :
1st Shift : 5 AM to 2 : 30 PM
2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM to midnight
Compressed Shift 1A (Sun, Mon, Tue e / o Wed 5am - 5pm)
Compressed Shift 1B (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and e / o Wed 5am - 5pm) As an Assembler, you will :
- Tube Assembly Assemblers perform day-to-day production activities by using the most current procedures to maintain production schedules.
- Wear PPE to fullfill shift duties : smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
- Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
- Perform visual checks of products to ensure quality.
- Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
- Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
- Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have :
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
- Clean room environment will PPE.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
