Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Graphic Designer / UI/UX Designer

Position type: Fulltime, Contract (W2)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Princeton, NJ, 08540

As a Graphic Designer / UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within experience design such as content design design programs design research and strategy or product design.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical experience design assignments or challenges that require research evaluation and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function policies procedures and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in experience design.
• Experience design content design design programs design research and strategy or product design experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in design
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working with brand standards and application
• Experience working with typography and page layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to take text and/or data, distil for key points, and creatively display information
• Knowledge of how to tell a story from a sales perspective
• Experience working with sales and leadership
• Familiarity with Treasury Management product and services if possible
• Practice and confidence with analysing a process and streamlining where applicable

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $40 - $48 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
