Sr. Java Developer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr. Java Developer.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 6 months
Location: Charlotte NC 28273 (Hybrid)

As a Sr. Java Developer, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Utilize Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration and management.
• Implement monitoring and performance optimization using AppDynamics (ApPD) and Datadog.
• Ensure applications are scalable and reliable to meet the demands of large-scale customer operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Support and enhance existing applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Integrate and work with conversational IVR platform (KORE AI Preferred, but any conversational IVR tool accepted)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in using AppDynamics (ApPD) and Datadog for monitoring and performance optimization.
• Experience with conversational IVR platform (KORE AI Preferred, but any conversational IVR tool accepted).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy applications at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with customer operations and support applications.
• IVR experience is a plus.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Publications or contributions to the software development community.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60-$65 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
