Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior UX Designer- Cybersecurity and Technology Focus

Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Type: Contract (W2)- Fulltime Duration: 12 Months Locations: Charlotte,NC/ Chandler, AZ Hybrid: 3 days in the office /2 days work from home

As a Senior UX Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to determine business needs, then translating them into engaging and simple design solutions.
• Lead design workshops to connect and build alignment across partner teams.
• Work in a rapidly changing environment and proactively recommend design solutions based on research and analysis.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups resulting in creation of bare minimum to detailed, realistic, and interactive protypes.
• Demonstrate familiarity with design tools (ex. Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams framing problems, determining insights, and defining visual designs to serve customer needs.
• Design within existing and create new standards to contribute to the team s internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines.
• Work with partners and teams across various geographies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior design experience at financial institution/banks
• Strong background in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-friendly designs for complex systems.
• Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $45- $50per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
