Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master - Lead.
Position type : Fulltime contract with possible extension / conversion
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Atlanta, GA 30354
As an Agile Scrum Master - Lead you will :
- Monitor and improve the scrum process and project progress; helping solve impediments in the development process
- Coach the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products.
- Fostering self-organization and collaborative scrum team; sheltering the team from outside distractions to keep focus mainly on the agreed sprint goals.
- Ensuring scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing the performance
- Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption.
- Plans Scrum implementations within the organization.
- Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
- Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
- Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
- Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
The ideal candidate will have : Experience with Angular development, Proficiency in TypeScript Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.
