Title : Case Manager

As Case Manager, You would :
- Respond to and resolve basic to moderate internal and external inquiries using independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional and timely written communication.
- Manage a caseload of inquiries, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough research to identify the root cause of inquiries and implement effective solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
- Work efficiently within an email production support environment, managing and responding to a high volume of email requests.
- Utilize intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, OneNote) to perform daily tasks.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range : $23 to $28 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
