Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Clerk.

Position type: Full-time/Contract to hire

Duration: 3 months Possible temp to perm

Location: Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15219

Schedule: 9-5 pm EST

Hybrid position

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will have:

Job Description:

·      Responsible for entering information from a variety of sources into a data application.

·      Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.

·      Requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations. Qualified candidates will possess excellent data entry skills entering data into a free text field (new account forms, names, address, etc).

·      Candidates will need to be able to comprehend and listen to directions, use MS Office applications, conduct data entry, and maintain records of their progress.

·      Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area, or a college degree with 2 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

• Responsibilities: Receiving a list of data points, logging into the platform, and executing a handful of actions. Responsible for preserving electronic email data for employees-

• Required skills: Excel experience required

• Relevant experience that stands out on resume: Data entry work, E-discovery experience, legal department experience

• Experience with Smarsh – a plus

Preferred Skills:

·      Familiarity with SMARSH Enterprise Archive

·      eDiscovery experience

Pay Range*: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
