Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Clerk

100% Onsite Role
As a Data Entry Clerk you will :
- Receives and inputs data information into an Excel Spreadsheet.
- Maintains and revises data as necessary and keep correct data.
- Other clerical duties and tasks may be required. This is in a production environment : walking around hourly to collect the data needed to enter the excel spreadsheet. Excel skills needed for this role.
- This position is responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis in production throughout the plant and helping other operations’ functions. Will also update and enter information into database (Oracle). Individual will need to wear PPE and walk to different buildings to collect information.
- Pay attention to detail
- Manage time effectively
- Recognize problems, understand urgency, and communicate to appropriate level
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently while working without close supervision
