Incentive Manager

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sales Incentive Planning Specialist.

Position type: Full Time/Contract

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Duration : 12 Months

Hybrid position and requires 3 days in office.

As a Sales Incentive Planning Specialist you will:

• Level II: 3-5 years of experience. Experienced HR Employee Relations role with required years of relevant experience with Bachelor Degree. This role reports directly to the Sales Incentive Planning Manager. A background in sales incentive planning and project management is desirable.
• SIP Sales Admin: Initial Key Responsibilities will support the following tactical items for the SIP Manager
• Coordination between finance, IT, HR, Sales Leadership on SIP plan changes and execution annually
• Creation of automated reports for sales visibility throughout year
• Modelling changes to SIP plans to meet new business needs
• Governance on the current year SIP plans (Transfers, customer changes, employee moves)
• Letter creation and issuance by language to salespersons
• Support the project management of the Refinish global selling machine commitments

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
