What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure/Network Engineer - Columbus , OH position at Innova Solutions?
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in Columbus, OH.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and security, with a focus on SD-WAN and SSE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN solutions from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet, Versa Networks). Versa experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in SSE solutions from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, etc.).
- Proficiency in network protocols, routing, and security technologies (e.g., VPN, firewalls, IDS / IPS, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, SD-WAN Specialist, SSE Specialist) are a plus.
