As a L1 Incident Manager you will :
- Lead Incident management and issue tracking duties on behalf of all the IT teams.
- Manage issues list and executive reporting
- Problem solving : Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify the primary causes of issues and develop plans to resolve them.
- Communication : Keep stakeholders informed to manage expectations and minimize the impact on business operations
- Continuous improvement : Conduct post-incident reviews to analyse incident trends and identify areas for improvement
- Resource management : Bring together multiple teams and resources to efficiently restore service
- Prioritization : Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Leadership : Provide leadership and make crucial decisions
- Risk management : Understand risk management principles and prepare for various scenarios.
