Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Laboratory Supervisor.

As a Laboratory Supervisor , you will :
Responsible for a variety of laboratory operations in quality control and research settings. In the QC team, you will support a team of technicians in the pursuit of sample validation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. This team member will be a model performer, a facilitator for the technicians, and a driver of strategic initiatives at the laboratory level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute day-to-day allocation of resourcing amongst the QC team
- Identify the requirements for support of cross functional groups
- Facilitate and support RCA activities
- Identify and scope improvement opportunities in the process
- Collaborate with fellow lab leads to scope opportunities amongst different work areas
- Lead daily meetings with technicians
- Acknowledge and facilitate fulfillment of the needs of the technicians, the QC team, and the physical resourcing of the lab.
- Support the achievement of strategic goals
- Understand, support, and maintain Delaware’s Quality Management System requirements
- Maintain and complete a personal and team development plan
- Support and provide input on Departmental X matrix action items as assigned
