Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Learning Administrator
Position type : Full Time, Contract
Duration : 12 months to possible extension
Location : Arlington, VA 22202 & Austin,TX,78759 (Hybrid 2 days / week onsite)
As a Learning Administrator you will :
- Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual training plan, leadership programs and learning campaigns.
- Responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes creating training sessions.
- Managing training invites, maintaining learner registration, updating employee training records and distributing evaluation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely creation of suppliers and processing of vendor payments.
- Compile and develop reports as required - maintaining accurate training records, analyzing evaluation data and monitoring costs.
- Assist with creation and distribution of tutorials to promote various features of the Learning Management System
- Assist with creation and distribution of quarterly learning newsletter for all employees in North America
- Support the mentoring program by ensuring the system is up to date with active employees and sending out timely communication for monthly matches.
- Create and update learning curriculums and materials in the LMS and assign to appropriate employee population.
