Innova Solutions has a client who is immediately hiring for a Training Analyst.
Position type: Part-time / Contract
Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Duration: 6 Months Possible temp to perm
Part-Time; Tues, Wed, Thurs – 7 am – 3 pm EST
Hybrid role
As a Training Analyst you will:
- Serves as a liaison between the Digital Workplace Adoption team and 3rd party vendors for Global Training and all administration processes.
- Incorporate more regions, languages and time zones for expanding courses.
- Streamline current process to ensure consistent course registration are successful.
- Monitor and report on all issues concerning process, registration, attendance and course selections.
- Applies requirements elicitation, analytical, and communication skills to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artifacts as needed.
- Challenges training process on global scale on their assumptions on processes and solutions used to achieve business goals.
- Gather required data to analyze, improve and discuss with all parties.
- Communicate with 3rd parties, Agile Teams and Adoption for current and future course structure.
- Assist with International affiliates in incorporating training into Global Training.
- Understand current systems used for registration and campaigning and provide input.
- Build and drive the strategy and roadmap for adoption of the Digital Workplace within IT.
- Build and drive the strategy and roadmap for global training, if necessary.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55.00 - $57.32 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
