Pay Range*: Between $20- $25per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Title: Loan Workout Specialist
Job Type:Full-Time/Contract on W2

As a Loan Workout Specialist ,you will:
- Review physical legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency with corresponding paperwork, and compliance with state requirements.
- Validate information before it is sent to third-party legal partners.
- Verify notarizations on documents.
- Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed.
- Knowledge of collection law
- Experience with litigation, particularly civil procedures.
- Background as a QA Analyst or experience functionally acting in a QA capacity.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and general computer skills.
- Understanding of credit cards.
- Paralegal certification (nice to have).
