Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Salesforce Administrator

Position type : Full Time, Contract

Duration : 12 months

Location : Remote

As a   Salesforce Administrator  you will :

• Report to the Associate director Salesforce Platform lead and support all technical activities related to Onboarding and Re-training of
• Showcase salesforce functionality
• Evaluate all 15 Teams for both Sales and Service to determine what Salesforce functionalities meet business needs and how they can be deployed.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Platform lead to execute change management plan
• Create initial dashboards for 15- 25 teams in to drive their new process.
• Training their superusers on how to maintain them.
• Load all 200-300 employee’s user ids into account teams.
• Develop process and system to update information on a regular cadence.
• Work as the main technical point of contact for all technical requests related to strategic plans.
• Develop dashboard and reports for 15-25 teams to drive data accuracy activities.
