Innova Solutions is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to enhance our innovative team. This role is perfect for those with a deep understanding of metal building engineering and pre-engineered metal buildings, plus a solid grasp of engineering codes such as IBC and NBCC. If you are proficient in C and have some familiarity with SQL, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the structural design and analysis of metal building projects, ensuring they adhere to engineering codes and standards (IBC, NBCC, etc.).
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions for pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Leverage advanced engineering software and tools to produce comprehensive design plans and specifications.
- Review and validate engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Engage in project planning, coordination, and execution to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Establish and promote best practices for structural design and engineering methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits :
Salary Range : $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
