Job Description
We are looking for a Technology Support Analyst to provide support for our Treasury Funding business partners in Treasury Front, Middle and Back office. Primarily the role would be supporting the Transaction and Cash Position applications, but candidates may be required to assist across other applications in future. The applications have a large global user base, and the team consists of associates based in Dublin, New Jersey, Charlotte, Chennai Mumbai. The candidate would work very closely with team members globally to maintain an excellent level of technology support for our user base. The role exists in a fast-paced environment and candidates would be expected to come up to speed quickly with regard to organization Support procedures, technical, application business knowledge. This exciting role is well suited to individuals with a keen interest in Investment banking and it offers opportunities to learn about all areas of the Treasury business. Individuals will get exposure to the Front, Middle Back-office processes and the complete trade lifecycle while supporting our business partners. The Support team also works extremely closely with our Development, BA, and QA team partners on both applications. These strong relationships help to maintain a very high level of end user support.

Trading Environment experience.
Working knowledge of trading products e.g. Derivatives, MM, ICL, FX etc.
Self-starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision.
Technical Skills
SQL experience (Sybase/SQL Server) and data analysis
Autosys Job scheduling tools experience
Unix/Linux exposure
Personal Skills
Excellent written Verbal Communication Skills
Client Focused
Results Orientated
Technical Skills (Desirable)
Experience with trading applications such as Summit, Murex or similar

Pay Range*: $65/hr - $70/hr on W2.
