Vice President of Sales - Healthcare A.I. Product Market

Innova Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader / General Manager for our client to build and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on healthcare AI systems products :

  • This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare AI product ecosystem.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10 years of carrying a quota and building and managing high-performing sales teams, with deep experience in enterprise solution sales NOT just services, but also product-based solutions.
  • A background in hyper-scale selling and experience with "products", payer feeds, and consumer data are highly preferred.
  • We are looking for a high-motor leader who can operate with agility, drive aggressive growth, and build a scalable, business-to-business (B2B) sales function within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the healthcare market, with a focus on enterprise product and solution sales.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales organization, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management : Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, leveraging deep industry relationships and market intelligence.
  • Enterprise Sales & Relationship Management : Establish and expand relationships with healthcare systems, payers, and key industry stakeholders to drive large-scale enterprise sales.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and drive hyper-scale sales efforts in the healthcare space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Performance Metrics & Forecasting : Monitor sales performance, develop KPIs, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, carrying a quota and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in B2B sales within large organizations with expertise in selling enterprise solutions (both products and services).
  • Experience with hyper-scale selling and building scalable sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead sales teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
  • High-energy, results-driven, and adaptable leader who thrives in a growth-focused role.

  • PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range- $200-260K / year base, $500-750K total comp by year two range
