A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly.
Position Type : Full time Contract, Temp to Direct.
Duration : 06-12 Months
Location : Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite)
As an Assembly, you will :
- Operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum and electronic equipment to manufacture intensifier tube components.
- Proficient in hand tools to remove numerous stainless-steel bolts to access and remove finished product from the vacuum and electronic equipment.
- He will unload and reload the systems without damaging the fragile tubes or the equipment.
- This position will be responsible for performing various routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- This position has considerable physical demands.
- Adhere to procedures and work instructions to perform the exhaust process on components to achieve quality and yield goals set by the Exhaust department.
- Produce a quality product that meets the customer specifications and maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy internal and external customers.
- Interprets data from Analytical / Diagnostics equipment to make sound decisions based on relevant facts.
- Follow written procedures and complete assigned work in a timely manner to keep production schedule while maintaining acceptable yields as determined by area supervisors and engineers.
- Knowledge of all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to the job.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools and follows written process procedures for intensifier image processing.
- Monitor data from various meters and sensing devices that measure vacuum, temperature, and torque.
- Maintain accurate record entry through use of onsite Quality Tracking System (QTS).
- Define complex equipment issues and quality levels while informing engineering of any process, component, etc. that deviate from normal processing.
- Adhere to best vacuum and clean room practices
- Shift 1A Sun, Mon, Tues, e / o Wed 5 : 45am to 6 : 00pm.
