Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a UI Developer.
Position type : Fulltime contract with possible extension / conversion
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Minneapolis, MN 55437
As a UI Developer you will :
- Understand user needs and conduct user research.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and user flows.
- Develop product prototypes and conduct usability testing.
- Build personas and usage scenarios to inform design strategies.
- Analyze user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Design user-friendly graphics, layouts, icons, and interactive objects.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions using appropriate SDLC methodologies.
- Develop and implement core systems and custom off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.
- Construct, test, and deploy technical IT solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
- Utilize tools to analyze and resolve technical and business problems.
- Apply specialized knowledge in areas such as integration, knowledge engineering, or legacy systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
- Validate project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have : Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping, Expertise in UI and UX design principles, Experience in user research and usability testing.
