Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized filing system for office documents and records.
- Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Help with dental insurance as dental insurance verification
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Oryx dental software for tasks as needed.
- Support the team with personal assistant tasks to enhance overall productivity.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk area at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in Dental office front desk position.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with Oryx dental software is a plus but optional.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Portuguese and Spanish speakers candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in presenting cases for patients.
