The IT Director will oversee the strategy, execution, and daily operations of technology of a $100M financial services company, with a primary focus on infrastructure engineering, network operations, cloud-based production systems and vendor management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to align IT initiatives with business goals. The IT Director will ensure that the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and data systems support its growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient IT systems to support business growth.
- Serve as a technology advisor to the executive team, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
