A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Equipment Operator.
Position type : Full-time Contract
Duration : 12 months
Location : New Milford, CT
As an Equipment Operator, you will be :
- Responsible for maintaining both productivity and quality performance standards while performing all work tasks.
- Responsible for performing work safely and support activities to ensure continued safety improvements, take
- Responsible for following all proper lifting procedures.
- Responsible for loading and unloading finished product.
- Responsible for loading and unloading product with productivity and quality that meets department standards.
- Responsible for storing product safely, without damage, and according to established department practices.
- Responsible for understanding and follows special circumstance expectations, e.g. lot control unloads, wet damage claims, returns.
- Responsible for following all WMS procedures (loading / unloading / damage etc.)
