A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Network Engineer.
Position type : Full-time - Contract
Duration : 18 Months
Location : Remote (PST)
As a Network Engineer, you will :
- Lead Network Deployment Activities : Architect, design, and implement network switch refreshes across enterprise environments and remote offices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Mentor and Guide Engineers : Share knowledge and provide hands-on mentorship to all team members, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes skill development and innovation.
- Hands-On Troubleshooting : Resolve complex networking issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Optimize Network Solutions : Develop deployment strategies and configurations for switching and routing solutions, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Release and Project Managers, Smart Hands resources, and clients to ensure smooth execution of deployment plans.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and processes for both internal and client use.
- Proactive Innovation : Continuously research and implement new networking technologies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability.
