Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer, in Andover, MA
Position type : Contract to Hire
Duration : 12 Month
Location : Andover, MA
As a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer, you have :
Hands-on hardware quality experience to become a key part of Operations Quality Team. Here at company, our Operations Quality Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement.
Required Skill Sets :
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRS) per AS9102 Rev C, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives (PFMEA, control Plans, SPC, etc.)
- Manufacturing process knowledge (assembly, inspection, test)
- Previous experience managing cross functional process improvement teams with technical expertise.
- Experience in identifying root cause and initiating / implementing effective short-term and long-term corrective actions
- Experience in development / usage of Quality metrics that may be used to drive true root cause and long-term corrective action, and in the identification / institution of perceptive verifications.
