As Systems Operations Engineer 2, You would :
- Implement and manage the Axway SAFE-T platform, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer protocols, including SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to users, ensuring efficient and secure system operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and support business needs.
- Monitor and maintain the health of systems, identifying and addressing performance issues proactively.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions and assist in onboarding new team members or customers regarding the SAFE-T platform and protocols.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security standards to continuously enhance system performance and reliability.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range : $41 to $46 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
