Innova Solutions is seeking a VP of Treasury for a growing Financial Services client out of FL.

Position Type : Full-time, Direct Hire

Duration : Direct Hire

Location : Mostly remote. Will entail at least quarterly travel!

Can ONLY work out of these states!! AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, NE, NC, OK, TN, TX, VA, WV

MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE

This position within the credit union has the responsibility for all activities related to Asset Liability Management (ALM), Investments, Capital Markets, Asset / Liability Pricing and Profitability, and Funding for our consumer and commercial lending products (auto, real estate and credit cards). This includes developing and enhancing asset and liability product level pricing and profitability analysis, supporting credit union strategic objectives, and recommending profitable and / or cost-effective solutions.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Oversee all activities related to Asset Liability Management (ALM), Investments, Capital Markets, and Funding of credit union operations.

Manage asset and liability pricing and profitability for consumer and commercial products.

Support the credit union's strategic objectives through effective financial management.

Recommend profitable and cost-effective solutions to address ongoing financial opportunities.

Provide support for the preparation of the Annual Budget, quarterly forecasts, and quarterly Call Reports.

Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business and credit union goals.

Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform investment, funding, capital market transactions, and pricing decisions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and other relevant staff.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Demonstrate Company's Guiding Principles through leadership and key initiatives including the accomplishments of other stated objectives in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Ensures that the confidentiality of all information and transactions regarding the credit union, its members and employees are held to the highest level of business ethics.

Team member will be responsible for complying with all BSA / AML / OFAC regulation as required by their position.

Performs other duties as assigned by EVP / CFO.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited college or university is required. MBA is preferred.

Minimum 10 years work experience in a treasury, financial analyst or pricing roles is required.

5 years of strategic leadership experience is preferred, including managing and coaching staff.

Demonstrates competency in financial and statistical reporting and design of financial models.

Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Budgeting tools is preferred.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.

Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range

200-250K. This also includes bonus / benefits

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Benefits : This is a Direct Hire position.
