Position Description :
The Training Specialist will work in close collaboration with the Training & Development Manager and focus on delivering in-person training and managing training documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards. This role involves conducting new hire onboarding, on-the-floor training, one-on-one mentoring, and facilitating large departmental and companywide meetings. Additionally, the Training Specialist will assist with the development and execution of other training programs as needed. English / Spanish bilingual individuals are highly encouraged to apply.
Essential Functions :
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including new hire packet preparation, employee file creation, in-person orientation, communications, and new hire gift management.
- Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions on topics such as Safety, HR policies, and onboarding.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale departmental and companywide training sessions.
- Assist in the implementation and management of Innovance's Learning Management System (LMS) :
o Help enter completed training is entered into the LMS.
o Help answer questions regarding the LMS and resolve issues in a timely manner.
o Assist in training managers and supervisors on the LMS.
o Scholarship programs

Pay Range : $22.00 - $32.00
