Job Title: ERP Implementation Project Manager
Hourly Pay: $80-$90 per hour, W2
Location: Hybrid Remote, Denver, CO Area
Type: 6-month Contract with expectation to extend until project is completed.
Job Description:
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead a global reimplementation of ServiceNow. This is a highly visible, complex project that involves implementing several ServiceNow modules across IT Service Management (ITSM) and other critical functions. You will collaborate closely with business partners and stakeholders to select the right implementation partner and drive the project to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the reimplementation of ServiceNow globally, ensuring the smooth delivery of the following modules: Customer Service Management (CSM, Plant Maintenance, Field Service, Management (FSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with business partners in a startup type environment.
- Ensure the selection and management of an implementation partner.
- Assist in the successful migration and rollout of IT Service Management (ITSM) components, which are already in production.
- Work on high visibility projects with potential to work late hours based on the phase of the project.
- Foster a collaborative, ego free environment that encourages strong teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Experience with full cycle ERP implementations, or ServiceNow implementations, preferably in a global setting.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a startup environment with fast paced and dynamic working conditions.
- Comfortable working with senior level executives and technical teams.
- Handson experiences working with IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus.
- Ability to work late hours depending on project phases.
