Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports to monitor progress towards established goals.
- Collect and research data to inform budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques to analyze cash flow and profitability.
- Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial strategies and performance metrics.
- Leverage QuickBooks and therapy EMR softwares for data visualization and reporting insights.
- Analyze and prepare P&Ls, Balance Sheets, Invoicing, A/P, A/R, Payroll, and general accounting tasks.
- Strong financial report writing and analysis skills
- Ability and experience to coordinate accounting and financial analysis in multiple locations/states
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VBA
- Experience with financial modeling and cash flow analysis
- Knowledge of budgeting and corporate accounting principles
- Familiarity with creating data visualization tools
- Strong understanding and experience with QuickBooks
- Ability to conduct quantitative research and strategic planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- Related experience 3 years required, 5 years preferred
